Lami had a problem! Last night had been such fun! She had packed up a picnic and taken her sister down to the river bank to do some star gazing. The weather had been pleasantly warm since they arrived at Hollybrook, and they had been taking full advantage. They had fallen asleep under the stars and all was well. Until Lami awoke, half floating and stuck in a bush! She looked behind her and.. WINGS! There were actual wings growing from her back! Her sister was no where to be found, but she could see the local police station across the road. Carefully, she untangled her self from the bush and wondered how in the heck she was going to make it over there?!
Stuck in mid air, Lami could only just reach the floor with her tippy toes. She bounced off the floor and made a swimming motion with her arms, slowly she was getting somewhere. As she got closer to the police station she noticed it was empty, except for some.. Geese?? Her mind was buzzing with questions! "What is going on?! Why do I have wings and how the heck do I work them??" She kicked out her legs and tumbled towards the door "Where are the people? I guess.. Geese have wings.. Maybe they can help me?" She called out to the big one that looked in charge "Sir, can you help me? Do you know how to work these things??" He let out a long honk and Lami wondered to herself.. "Can geese even fly??"
